Staq Terms of Use
Agreement
By using Staq, you agree to these terms.
Subscription
- Staq requires an active auto-renewing subscription to use the app after onboarding.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account.
- Subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel in App Store account settings.
- Free trials or introductory pricing, if offered, are subject to App Store terms.
Acceptable use
Use Staq for lawful personal tracking only. Do not abuse referral programs or attempt to circumvent subscription requirements.
Health disclaimer
Staq is for personal tracking only and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. AI features (Staq Coach and the protocol builder) help organize and summarize information you enter and do not provide medical advice or dosing instructions. You are responsible for your health decisions and compliance with applicable laws, and you should consult a qualified healthcare provider before making medical decisions.
Limitation of liability
Staq is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for health outcomes or data loss beyond what applicable law requires.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
